Returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to our return address stated below in these Terms and Conditions.


Prices

All prices on Nerdshop.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical errors and incorrect product information.

Products are subject to availability.


Payment

Nerdshop.dk accepts the payment methods that are displayed as available during checkout.

Available payment methods may include major payment cards, MobilePay, PayPal and other payment solutions supported by our payment providers.

The exact payment options available to you may depend on your country, device and selected checkout method.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) unless otherwise indicated and include VAT where applicable.

For ordinary purchases of physical goods, payment will not be charged before the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly agreed in connection with a product for which advance payment is justified.

We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors and to cancel an order where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.


Delivery

Nerdshop.dk delivers to Denmark and to the countries that are available as delivery destinations during checkout.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the selected delivery method. The applicable shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are normally shipped from Denmark unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

We use different shipping carriers depending on the selected delivery method and destination. The available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

If you select delivery to a parcel shop or delivery point and the selected location is full or unavailable, the carrier may redirect the parcel to another nearby delivery point.

When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email or through the relevant carrier.

Right of complaint

When you shop at Nerdshop.dk as a consumer, you have a 2-year statutory right to complain about defects in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The right to complain applies to defects that were present at the time of delivery or where the cause of the defect was present at the time of delivery.

If the product is defective, you may, depending on the circumstances and the applicable rules, be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.

Repair or replacement must be carried out free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

If your complaint is justified, Nerdshop.dk will cover the necessary and reasonable costs associated with returning the defective product.

You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. If you notify us within two months after discovering the defect, your complaint will always be considered timely.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing goods from our webshop.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. If several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can notify us by email at info@nerdshop.dk or by using our digital withdrawal form.

You do not have to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

It is not sufficient simply to refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel without also clearly notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving us notice.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will refund the amount paid for the goods as well as the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged for the return shipment.

Condition of returned goods

You may examine and try the product in the same way as you would normally be able to do in a physical store.

Returned clothing should be clean, unwashed and unworn other than for fitting, and should be free from stains, make-up, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, strong odours, pet hair and other signs of use.

We recommend that original hangtags, labels, barcodes and packaging are kept and returned with the product where possible.

The original packaging is not, in itself, a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the goods have been handled in a way that reduces their value, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual reduction in value from your refund.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation showing that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Partial returns

If your order contains several products, Nerdshop.dk allows you to return one or more individual products without returning the entire order.

In the case of a partial return, you will receive a refund for the returned product or products.

The original delivery costs will not be refunded when only part of the order is returned.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases provided for by law. These include, among others:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken.

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

  • Newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except subscription contracts.

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Opening the normal packaging of a T-shirt or other clothing does not in itself result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact Nerdshop.dk first at info@nerdshop.dk so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

If we are unable to resolve the matter together, a consumer may, where the conditions for doing so are met, submit a complaint to:

The complaint procedure is handled by Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and, where relevant, the Forbrugerklagenævnet.
